Enough time has passed...

that I suppose I ought to continue the bloggah saga. :) In a bit of a funny mood today.

I have been enjoying some good blogs and on occasion, will comment. I do not know that I have much to add to the great conversation of the blogging world, but I suppose we all have to start somewhere! I have yet to share my blog with anyone except for two precious people: my dear husband and dear friend, DW. I always think of the best things to write when I am no where near available to write them!

Here are a few fab blogs for your thinking pleasure:

Coram Deo
Quiet Life

I discovered these from the WTM board - these are interesting ladies with delightful things to say. I appreciate their time and efforts and willingness to brighten my day. I only hope my blog will offer such mind mints!

On the study of theology... anyone care to comment on theonomy and reconstructionism? Are they worth studying and why or why not? I wish to understand these things from the perspective of someone who embraces them and from someone who does not. I love to talk theology. :+)

Well, that is all for now - I have children that need tending, training, and hugs.

Warmly,

SofH

Wow, I had no idea this movement is taking place. I'm going to investigate this further. It seems so extreme but perhaps the sites I've been reading from are biased and distorting information. I saw a list of men involved with this and I see Larry Pratt is listed. His sister goes to my church and he occassionally visits at the holidays. I'll be looking for him this Christmas.

It is something I cannot exactly wrap my head around. I have read several things from this perspective and it really appeals to me, but I do not know that I think Scripture upholds it all the way. That is one of the reasons I wanted to discuss it! :)

Welcome Karen, and thanks for your comments here!

Warmly,
